Colonel Cord McNally leads the sending U.S army's gold to the war territory. In one time, the gold has robbing by the gangland's cowboys whose lead by capt. Pierre Cardona/Frenchy. McNally can catch frenchy, and he jailed. After getting out from jail, frenchy with his friend Tuscarora philips has recruited by mcnally to catch some outlaws in Rio Lobo. The oldman philips join mcnally on the catching Rio Lobo's outlaws.
